At Professional Case Management Services of America, Inc. (PCSA) people are our first priority.

PCSA work to build natural supports through community involvement, to ensure quality of care, and listen to the indivduals wants and needs. We use a person centered approach to insure the person is always the focus of what we do.


SUPPORT COORDINATION


At the core of Support Coordination services, is the belief that individuals are provided the opportunity and assistance to create a life of their choice. Support Coordination services are designed to facilitate planning and advocacy while providing oversight and monitoring of service provision for individuals with developmental disabilities receiving the Medicaid waiver. Within this service the Support Coordinator works in partnership with all Stakeholders in developing opportunities for individuals to develop valued social roles and opportunities for contribution within their communities. Building a close and trusted relationship with the individual and their support network sets apart Support Coordination from typical Case Management services.
